New Moon Yin Yoga Night

A one and a half hour session of intention setting, new moon meditation and relaxing yin yoga.

Service Description

Join me for a lovely evening of calming new moon activities! Intention Setting- Throughout history, the new moon has been used as a time for new beginnings, and setting intentions. As the moon becomes new and starts to wax into the full moon, it's a great time to set intentions for the next moon cycle. You will need a pen and paper to write down your intentions. New Moon Meditation- We will go through a meditation based on the new moon after we're finished writing down our intentions. This will be a guided meditation based on your intentions, and on working with the new moon energy and your own energy in making your intentions into a reality. Yin yoga- Yin yoga is a gentle and incredibly meditative yoga practice. Most postures are floor based and get deep into the fascia of the muscles used in the postures. The hard part of yin yoga isn't usually the postures, but more the act of finding calm and letting the mind be still. The postures are often held between 2-5 minutes. Yin yoga pairs perfectly with the calming energy of the new moon. We will begin our yin yoga practice after our meditation. Relaxation- after our yoga practice, we will finish the session with a guided relaxation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so within 2 hours of class beginning. No-shows will not be refunded as I still need to pay room hire. If you are on a block booking and can’t make class, please let me know or you will lose that class in your block. Please note block bookings are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
