HATHA YOGA CLASSES
Hatha yoga is designed to harmonise the mind, body and soul. With a combination of pranayama, (breath work) asana, (postures) and savasana (relaxation), hatha yoga is a wonderful experience which goes far beyond the physical. HANDMADE ITEMS ON ETSY
I run my own Etsy shop selling a range of handmade items including wall hangings, necklaces, bracelets and incense. I also have crystals and tumblestones on sale too. My handmade items are made using crystal chips, and are themed with my knowledge of yoga and the chakras. Take a look!
TAROT CARD READINGS
We also offer tarot card readings at an affordable price. Tarot card readings are a wonderful way to hear the messages that the universe has for you.
